Receptionist cum HR Assistant,

Our client in DIP is looking out for a Receptionist cum HR Assistant, preferably a Filipina, who will be able to join ASAP. The candidate should be capable of performing HR related tasks.
Education / Skills: Graduate with good exposure to MS Excel.
Language: Excellent in spoken and written English.
Salary package: AED 4,000 + transport + meals+ medicals + other standard benefits (AED 4,500/- after probation).
Given below is the job description in brief:
Perform routine tasks related to Front Office / Reception - operating switchboard, answering & directing calls, manage walk-in guests.
Monitor personal calls costs every month in order to debit from staff personal accounts.
Assist HR & Finance Dept. in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, sick leaves, OT, telephonic deductions).
Maintain & update HR employee database and Staff Attendance Management system.
Order and maintain stock of office supplies, stationery etc. and coordinate movement of company drivers.
Coordinate and arrange flight bookings, hotels, rental cars, meet & assist etc.
